A conversation among three friends: Bhulu, Golu, and Molu.
Bholu (Host):
Hello everyone! Welcome to EnglishMyFriend – a blog where we talk about simple things in English. I’m Bholu, and today we are talking about the summer season. With me are my two friends — Golu and Molu. Hi Golu and Molu!

Golu:
Hi Bholu! Hello everyone!
Molu:
Hi Bholu! Hello friends!
Bholu:
So, summer is here! It’s hot outside. Golu, do you like the summer season?
Golu:
Hmm… sometimes yes, sometimes no! I like mangoes and ice cream in summer. But I don’t like the heat.
Molu:
Yes, Golu! You are right. Summer is good for holidays, but it’s too hot! I drink lots of water every day.
Bholu:
That’s a good habit, Molu. In summer, we must drink water and stay cool. What do you like to do in summer?
Golu:
I like to go to my village in summer vacation. I play with my cousins. We eat mangoes from the trees!
Molu:
Wow! That sounds fun! I stay at home and watch TV or read storybooks. Sometimes, I go to my aunt’s house in Delhi.
Bholu:
Nice! I also enjoy reading in the summer. And I love to eat cold fruits like watermelon and muskmelon.
Golu:
Yes! Watermelon is my favorite. It’s sweet and cool!
Molu:
And don’t forget buttermilk and lemon juice. My mother makes them every day.
Bholu:
Yum! Summer has many tasty things. But friends, what do we wear in summer?
Golu:
We wear cotton clothes, like t-shirts and loose pants. They are light and comfortable.
Molu:
And we use umbrellas or caps when we go out. The sun is very strong.

Bholu:
Great points! So, summer can be fun, but we must take care of our health too.
Golu:
Yes, drink water, eat fruits, and don’t go out in the afternoon!
Molu:
Stay cool and happy!
Bholu:
Thank you, Golu and Molu! And thank you to all our learners. We hope you enjoyed this small talk about summer. We’ll be back soon with another fun topic.
All Together:
Bye! Stay cool!
