Past Continuous Tense उस समय के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है जब कोई क्रिया भूतकाल में किसी खास समय पर चल रही थी।

Past Continuous Tense से हम बताते हैं कि कोई काम past में किसी खास समय पर जारी था।
