English सीखते समय हम अक्सर “a, an, the, this, my, some, many” जैसे शब्दों का प्रयोग करते हैं। ये सभी Determiners कहलाते हैं।
Determiner वे शब्द हैं जो noun से पहले प्रयोग किए जाते हैं और noun के बारे में extra जानकारी देते हैं।
सरल शब्दों में: Determiner = noun को limit, specify या define करने वाला शब्द।

4. Possessives
ये बताते हैं कि noun किसका है।

5. Numbers (Cardinal and Ordinal Numbers)
Numbers भी determiners की तरह noun से पहले प्रयोग होते हैं।
- Cardinal Numbers (संख्या बताने वाले) → One, Two, Three…
- Ordinal Numbers (क्रम बताने वाले) → First, Second, Third…

6. Distributives
ये हर व्यक्ति या वस्तु को अलग-अलग दर्शाते हैं।

7. Interrogative Determiners
प्रश्न पूछने के लिए उपयोग होते हैं।
- Which, What, Whose
Examples:
- Which book do you want? (which = कौन-सी)
- Whose bag is this? (whose = किसका)
Usage of Determiners (Determiners का प्रयोग)
1. Determiner हमेशा noun से पहले आता है।

2. Singular countable noun से पहले हमेशा article, demonstrative, possessive या number का प्रयोग करें।
